From the recording Day By Day
This was the first recording for this session. I had picked the band up from the airport. Returned to Coop Studios'. 10 hours later we had this session. The band stayed over night in Boulder and I took them to meet Nancy Wilson in Greeley the next day. When I called Roy to do the session he asked me who the other members would be. I said what about your band. He asked them and Nancy as they were going to be here for a concert and all agreed. This was a blessing. What a band, what an April.
